Correcting Possible Bias

Model bias correction was not undertaken in this case study because:

1. the evaluation of the dynamically downscaled climate simulations for the current period showed no significant biases for most stations. Some small biases were detected but deemed unlikely to influence the key results.
2. observational station data required to conduct the bias correction were not provided during the study.
3. time and resource constraints did not allow for bias correction in the scope of this project.
